The UESD Library accepts donations in various forms, including books, electronic devices, furniture, and other informational resources. All gifts and donations must be channeled through the University Librarian.
Donations are evaluated using the same standards as purchased items to ensure that the library maintains high-quality and consistent resources and facilities. The library reserves the sole right to determine whether all or part of a donation will be added to the collection, exchanged, given out, or discarded.
The library is not obligated to create dedicated spaces for donor recognition or donor-specific collections. Additionally, the Library reserves the right to exchange materials with other libraries, whether academic, research, special, school, or public, both locally and internationally.
Donations may also be made in the form of cash or physical items such as books, computers, furniture, fixtures, and fittings. All such contributions must be coordinated through the University Librarian.
